Fan project packs are a convenient option for today's contractor, and consist of a bath fan housing kit and a finish kit which are purchased and installed separately.
HOUSING KITS • Housing kits include rough-in fan housing and duct connector only • Sold in quantities of 4 or 6 Housing kits can be installed during framing and early electrical work. When drywall work and painting are complete, finish kits are installed to complete the fans.	FINISH KITS • Finish kits include motor plate, motor, wheel, and grille • Sold in quantites of 1, 4, or 6 Purchasing and installing finish kits closer to project completion will help avoid loss, damage, or storage of finish components during construction.	SELECTION STEPS 1. Choose the Broan fan model that meets your requirements. 2. Determine and select the number of housings that you need. 3. Determine the number of finish kits that you need, and choose those that are compatible with selected housings.
