Product Description:

Specifically designed for use as maintenance ON-OFF switches on conveyer and material handling systems where OSHA regulations specify that there be a maintenance disconnect at regular intervals.

3-pole ON-OFF switch with early break auxiliary contact ideally suited for use with Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).  Early break contact signals that the motor has been disconnected from the line, avoiding a fault indication at the VFD.

    • Mechanical life in excess of 1,500,000 operations
    • Degree of protection to IP65
  • UL recognized for applications up to 30 amps, 600 volts
  • One early break auxiliary contact and one NC auxiliary contact.  Both cam operated for "failsafe" switching action
  • Yellow and red or gray and black switch handles available.  Both accommodate multiple padlocks
  • Hot molded fiberglass reinforced polyester enclosure rated to NEMA 4 (IP67).  Designed for wall or pole mounting
  • Corrosion resistent enclosure can withstand temperatures to 300º
  • Enclosures manufactured with self extinguishing, fire retardant material that is halogen-free
  • Generous isolation distances, touch-safe protection, high short circuit withstand capabilities
  • Comes completely assembled and ready to wire
